How do I know what cuts I'll get in my Perry Family Box?
Each box contains farmer's choice cuts based on what's at peak quality from our latest harvest. You'll always get 4 steaks, 1-2 roasts, and 6 lbs of ground beef (15-lb box) or 6 steaks, 2-3 roasts, and 12 lbs of ground beef (25-lb box). Think of it as having a personal relationship with your farmer.
What does "complete feed control" actually mean?
It means we grow 100% of our cattle feed right here on our farm. Every kernel of corn, every stalk of silage, every bite of hay comes from crops we planted, tended, and harvested ourselves. No purchased feed, no mystery ingredients, no wondering about quality.
How much freezer space do I need?
The Perry Family Box (15 lbs) fits easily in most home freezers. For bulk orders: Quarter beef needs about 4 cubic feet, Half beef needs about 8 cubic feet, Whole beef needs 16+ cubic feet.
Can I customize my cuts?
We use our proven "Perry Family Cut Sheet" for all orders. This gives you the perfect balance of steaks, roasts, and ground beef without the complexity of custom cutting. It's the same mix we use for our own family.
What's special about your ground beef?
We blend heart into our ground beef for enhanced nutrition and flavor. It doesn't change the taste but adds richness and nutrients that make it legendary among our customers. It's become one of our most requested products.
How far in advance should I order?
Perry Family Boxes ship in 2-3 weeks. Bulk orders (whole, half, quarter) have a 4-6 week lead time since we process in batches every 6-8 weeks.
Do you ship nationwide?
Currently we ship to Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma via overnight delivery with dry ice. We're expanding our shipping area based on demand.
What if I don't like the beef?
We stand behind our beef 100%. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll make it right. Most customers become repeat buyers after trying our Sample Box.
How is this different from grocery store "premium" beef?
Grocery store beef comes from cattle fed unknown feed sources. Our cattle are finished on 720 pounds of feed we grew ourselves over 120 days. Complete feed control creates consistently superior marbling, tenderness, and flavor.
